The scope of work included installation of a Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) retaining wall, construction of drainage systems, and regrading of the existing slope, including debris removal and rock scaling. Additional work consisted of constructing temporary access roads, repaving a portion of Cottage Creek Access Road, installing guardrail, and placing riprap and erosion control measures.
